Here at 4pManagement Ltd, we work with food industry companies on selective projects to improve profitability.
Our work is aligned to four main pillars.

People
An investment in a line is wasted unless the same level of time and attention is put into upskilling the team to run the line. Depending on the client’s maturity level this can range from skills mapping for each task to full Total Performance Management implementation.
Process
The line must be designed to flow, we complete bottleneck studies, update V diagrams and use modelling to ensure the line is capable of running across the range of Stock Keeping Units you need.
Product
The line must be adaptable to the product you are selling, if you have high losses it is because the line is not designed for the product you’re making. We review the loss tree and help you implement improvements.
Projects
We wrap our work into a project with a defined scope, clear deliverables, measurable success criteria and a defined timeline, with reporting daily, weekly or monthly, depending on the client’s requirements.
How it works
Make an enquiry
No obligation scoping call (virtual or face to face)
Project scope agreed
Workstream A = simple scope*
Workstream B = complex scope**
Letter of engagement and costs agreed, alongside key project deliverables
Regular feedback is available throughout the project (either daily, weekly or monthly)
The project will end with a formal closure meeting and report.
*Workstream A = A scope statement is written and a letter of engagement agreed. This includes the scope, deliverables, timescales and costs.
** Workstream B = A four-phase solution is used. In phase 1 we focus on the problem, creating a problem statement and agreeing the work required for the following phases. Phase 2 focusses on analysis, phase 3 is development, and phase 4 is the execution.
